Had some amazing spicy chicken with Chelsea, Bryan, Sami and Megan last night, soon we will have all our co-workers up on here.

Tonight we went out with Megan to get some Kimbop, which is Korea’s equivalent to Sushi but much more flavorful. We tried beef, egg and cheese Kimbop and it was SO good. We finished off the night with a night cap up at Megan’s apartment while watching some American/Korean TV.

On top of that, great day at school. Being prepared for class makes all the difference in the world. Along with the fact that I’m starting to learn the kids names makes everything so much easier.

Isaac my desk mate has also offered to take Chelsea to a nearby ancient temple in the coming weeks, which is very exciting and should be a great opportunity to check out the history of Korea.

I seem to be having quite a few, “one more things on this post”, but ONE MORE THING, we’ve also been connecting with quite a few people on facebook located in the Dongtan area which we hope will lead to some new friends in the city and a lot more fun. Speaking of which, we’re really looking forward to meeting up with our friend Andy next week and hitting the clubs or something to that effect…perhaps noraebang? (karaoke)

Anyways that’s all for now, about 9:30pm and we’re pooped, going to watch a movie and sleep. No more Dongtan adventures for today. Goodnight.
